Fees for Interior Design and Home Staging

Interior Design Fees

Our fees for Interior Design vary greatly depending on the work required, and the budget. An important part of our policy is to offer a first meeting that is completely free of charge. You can 'test the water' without any risk and are under no obligation to us if you decline our services.

Design Scheme Fee Structure 2009

£705 plus VAT per room (domestic) or function (commercial)*

This includes:
• free initial consultation;
• 3 further consultations;
• scaled floor plan;
• 2 x design options presented with sample boards;
• provisional costing for implementation;
• provisional schedule of works.

Interior Design Fees

£80 plust VAT per additional consultation
£120 plus VAT per revised or additional drawing
£150 plus VAT per 3D CAD visualisation
£200 plus VAT for space planning analysis (commercial)

A 15% (fifteen percent) surcharge will be applied to all goods and services supplied.

* Kitchens, bathrooms and open plan spaces - POA.

Fees for Home Staging

We work to a two-tiered pricing structure for our Home Staging service as follows:

£195 - On-site visit, verbal Staging Advice with no Staging Report
£255 - On-site visit, complete Home Staging Diagnosis, full Staging Report

The Home Staging Fee itself is discussed once the client decides to proceed with the Service.
