To define and present a home by emphasising its best features as a more appealing product to a wider range of potential buyers is especially important in the challenging property market. The objective is to identify and appeal to your target audience, their expectations and lifestyle aspirations, and create immediate interest in your property. Our design concepts will highlight the unique selling points of your development and create that all important first impression, to maximise every sales opportunity.

A show home should have impact, but not be 'over the top', and no two show homes should ever look the same. Our designs are based on well chosen pieces married with fabrics and accessories that bring a room to life, yet allow the potential purchaser to imagine themselves living there.

From window dressings only, to a fully furnished home, we provide an interior and exterior show home staging service, producing schemes to any budget and within timescales to entice those potential buyers.

We can also attend show house open days and work with the sales team by offering advice and suggestions to purchasers on how they might position their existing furniture, or dress a certain window. Our experience has proved that this can really enhance the sales process.

A subsequent written specification sheet, and/or full project delivery report are also offered, as well as a room-by-room budget.
